The season where ghouls, zombies, vampires and witches are given much appreciation is fast approaching. Everyone in the family is already excited to find out what this Halloween has in store for us. Halloween is one of the most celebrated holidays here in the U.S. and as such, everyone is all geared up and ready to be in their most festive of moods. Parents, particularly mothers, will start shopping for candies to give children who will participate in the neighborhood’s trick or treat. Costume parties left and right will abound.

Speaking of which, have you already considered what you will be wearing to that big Halloween party you got invited to? There are tons of choices to pick from. You can come dressed as a fairy princess, a mischievous elf, a pirate wench or maybe even an Olympic goddess. Even if you are on the plump side, you’ll be happy to know that there are Plus Size Halloween Costumes available specifically for women.

Just because there are lots of you to love doesn’t mean you have to go to the party feeling and looking drab. You can look extremely chic and fabulous with gorgeous costumes that come in sizes just right for you as long as you know where to look for them.

Mommy and Me once again! I’m so glad there’s a meme like this, you were right, moms are always not in the picture…but now I always remember taking a pic with them every occasion or if there’s an opportunity :)

Here’s mu entry for this day…my kids in their halloween costume WOODY and JESSIE!
I really don’t wanna miss this kind of FUN for my kids so, yearly, I see to it that we will attend atleast one of Halloween party event anytime, anywhere! :P

My kids had fun even they were so tired walking and keep on saying “Trick or treat”, “thank you” over and over again :) )
They collected plenty of candies but ofcourse I told them not to eat the candies for it’s not good for their teeth so they helped me segregate the candies from chocolates and cookies and some will be given away to other kids and some will be used in her upcoming birthday party :D

Happy Halloween everyone!
I waited for this event but since I am so busy with so many different things, I haven’t prepared for my kids planned costumes for this year’s Halloween Parties. They were suppose to wear tinkerbell and peter pan costumes but I wasn’t able to provide them that costumes. So hubby and I just brought the kids to mall and shop for costumes. My daughter Ishi chose to become a princess instead of tinkerbell while Ethan is Batman. Batman costume chosen by dad. I’ll be posting pics as soon as I have more time. I can’t wait to show them to you guys but you know I have to arrange and digiscrap them first ehhehehe =) Just wanna update my blog while downloading movies here. I am not in the mood to digiscrap yet oh gosh, please inspire me! How come I am not in the mood to digiscrap for a month now?! I have so many pending projects till now…hope to do them sometime! There are lots of promos now! Anyways, maybe because I am pre occupied with some other things that’s why. Oh well, I guess I have to do more important things first, My daughter’s birthday is coming so soon and I still have to prepare for that. Oh there are plenty of things to do….I need to relax first! Download more movies dad! Watching movies calming my mind from thinking! Next time I’ll try game torrents! Oh yeah! I need to relax!

Catching up with you guys… I’m here again posting my entry soooo late lols =)

Here’s my entry for the week’s theme – Dress Up day!
I love dress up times…I love costumes! Just wanna share my kids last Halloween Parties and costumes. They were wearing Mickey and Minnie costumes. It was in SM North, Huggies Diaper Halloween Happenings and they both won Best in COstumes =)

That Halloween was Ethan’s latest dress up day while Ishi just had her Filipininana costume =)

Now I have to look for new costumes for up coming Halloween this year. I am planning to have Tinkerbell for Ishi and Peter Pan for Ethan. Goodluck to me! =)

Halloween Party again!!! Hooray!! I love to join my kids with this kind of activity. This is fun fun fun! I love to see them wearing costumes even they we’re so irritated with me forcing them to wear it heheheh!
Ishi and Ethan wore the same costume, the ones that they’ve used and won the “Best in Costume Award” @ Huggies Halloween Party – Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse costumes. We also invited Aliyyah, their cousin, she wore Ishi’s apple costume (she used in Greenwich workshop last summer).

There they go…..the programme begins!

The hosts were calling each participants to introduce their selves and receive the 1st give away lootbag. Then had some games….my kids were not in the mood, they were sleepy and doesn’t want to participate in the games.
My little Ethan can’t resist to sleep while Ate Ishi was busy with her “ice candy?” i dunno how to call that food, wathever! Hehhehe =)

There she go….still busy with “that” thing hehehe and roaming around while the program is still on going.
Maybe this was the part that Ishi has been waiting……look at her, ready to collect chocolates and candies, it’s time for TRICK or TREAT!!!! Hoorray!!!

Will I ever forget this part? Picture Taking!!! SMILE!!!!

Best in Costume Award – Halloween Happenings with HUGGIES

Best in Costume Award – Halloween Happenings with HUGGIES

While waiting for Pointwest(dad’s company) to announce if they are having a Halloween Party or not, we decided to join Ishi and Ethan in Huggies Halloween Party last October 25, 2008. It held at SM Block hypermarket.
They have lots of activities and surprises. They have free Hair make over and free make up for both girls and boys.

There’s also a free picture of each participating child with or without costume.

Mommies are also included in some games, I actually won in the game “longest greeting” (the usual birthday party game), you just have to say the longest “I Love you Hug-gieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!” and you’re the winner! I made it for 29 secs. Gosh, it’s hard pala but i enjoyed it! Hahahha =) I also had 2 prizes in question and answer game. Aside from those games and activities, they also have major awards such as “Huggies Baby Award”, “Early Bird Award” and “Best in Costume Award”. The best part of this experience is that ISHI and ETHAN both took home “Best in Costume” award. They were Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse kaya siguro TIE silang magkapatid. =) Sayang nga lang di kame nakuhanan ni daddy ng picture nung tinawag kame sa stage. Siguro sa sobrang excitement nawala na sa isip niya ahahha! Till next Halloween Party!

After the awarding there’s also a magic show. Lastly was an intermission number by the Huggies Bears dancing to the tune of “Papaya!”

I enjoyed this party for my kids, i know that they we’re too young to appreciate it, but I’m sure me dagdag points yan sa personality nila, I’m hoping that this kind of events will enhance their talents, build their confidence and share what they have experienced to others someday.
